What do I need to bring?

Just bring yourself, a drink of water and a fleecy / warm blanket or 2 and a pillow cushion for your head if needed. Please wear warm clothing to ensure you are cosy as your body temperature can drop during the sound journey

Warm comfortable clothing wrap up wear layers and warm socks and bring a fleecy warm blanket or 2 and anything else you need to be comfy

What is a floating hammock?

the Hammocks are usually used for Ariel yoga, they are made of cloth and float a little above the ground, supporting you to fully let go whilst being completely supported in a magical cocoon

Is there any parking?

Yes, Exhale Yoga Studio is nearby to the Car park for Ripon Cathedral / Sainburys so you can park here.

What if I don't want to float?

Please choose non floating tickets, a small number of mats are available so you can lay on the ground and still receive the amazing sound healing benefits

Is there a weight restriction for the hammocks

No the hammocks can hold any weight

Where is Exhale Studio

Exhale yoga studio is at jion studios 3 Queen Street Ripon HG4 1EG. As you face the front of Yorkshire trading on the market square the door is to the left on the corner, you will see 2 pot plants to either side of the wooden door come up the stairs to the lounge and through the double doors
