Join Blue Fern Wellness for a unique Floating Sound Bath, where the gentle support of water enhances the deeply calming effects of sound healing.

(There is also an option to attend the sound bath poolside where you will not be on the water)
✨ What to Expect ✨
Experience the soothing sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound therapy instruments while floating on double-sized airbeds for extra stability. The combination of sound and gentle water movement creates a deeply meditative state, helping to release tension, ease stress, and restore balance.
✨No prior experience is needed—just come and allow yourself to float, listen, and let go.
✨Blankets and eye masks will be provided for your session

By participating in this floating sound bath session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• This experience is intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• If you have any health concerns please consult a healthcare professional before attending. Sound baths may not be suitable for those fitted with pacemakers, suffer from sound induced seizures or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
•Please dress appropriately, although you should not get wet during this event, it does take place on water so it is advisable to avoid wearing valuables or bringing items that could be damaged should they fall in the pool and to bring a change of clothes.
• You participate at your own risk. The facilitator and venue accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the session.
• Please inform the facilitator of any medical conditions or accessibility needs in advance.
• By attending, you consent to follow all safety instructions and respect the quiet and contemplative nature of the session.

Frequently asked questions
Whatever you feel comfortable in! Swimwear is advised but not necessary, unless you want to take a refreshing dip at the end of the session. As this is a water based activity.. please bring a change of clothing in case you do get wet!
Pool side shoes eg flip flops (outside shoes are not permitted) A drink. A change of clothes. Blankets and eye masks are provided.
No, we have lifeguards on duty and staff in the water during the session for your safety and who will help you on and off your air bed. But if you still feel nervous about being in the pool, there is also the option to purchase poolside tickets.
From the main school entrance on Sutherland Road, drive or walk along Sutherland Road towards the rugby/cricket pitches. You will pass the main. school buildings on your left. After 350m, you’ll see the sports centre on your left.
No, you will get yourself comfortable on your double sized airbed whilst it is on poolside.. then you just leave the rest to us! Once the session is over you have the option to take a short refreshing dip in the pool.. but this is completely up to you!
