Set within beautiful private grounds on Hyde Lane, Glos, this beautiful location provides the perfect setting for this unique experience, offering a indoor pool, which can be converted to open air, depending on the weather.

Participants will recline on sturdy double inflatable mattresses, guided into a deep state of relaxation with yoga nidra & live sound bath for 60 mins.

Choose from: 6-7.15pm or 7.30-8.45pm.

Double inflatable mattresses will be available for each person.

You may get wet, so a change of clothes & a towel is adviseable.

A life guard will be on hand throughout & whilst it is not essential that you can swim, a confidence in & around water is necessary.

A towel, change of clothes (just in case - I don't envision you getting wet!), comfortable clothes, blanket

Can I do this if I am pregnant?

Sound Healing is not recommended for people within their first 3 months of pregnancy, if you have UNMANAGED severe mental health issues, or if you have a seizure within the last three months
