Floating Sound Bath – A Deeply Restorative Experience
Join Blue Fern Wellness for a unique Floating Sound Bath, where the gentle support of water enhances the deeply calming effects of sound healing.

📍 Location: The Royal School (Hilda Hayward Swimming Pool) Wolverhampton
(There is also an option to attend the sound bath poolside where you will not be on the water)
✨ What to Expect ✨
Experience the soothing sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound therapy instruments while floating on double-sized airbeds for extra stability. The combination of sound and gentle water movement creates a deeply meditative state, helping to release tension, ease stress, and restore balance.
No prior experience is needed—just come and allow yourself to float, listen, and let go.
Blankets and eye masks will be provided for your session

Frequently asked questions
Whatever you feel comfortable in! Swimwear is advisable but not a necessity. You may want to take a refreshing dip at the end of the session.
Pool side shoes eg flip flops (outside shoes are not permitted) A drink for after the session. Spare change of clothes.. just incase!
No, we have 2 lifeguards on duty and staff in the water during the session for your safety and who will help you on and off your air bed.
Sound baths are generally safe and beneficial for most people, However, they may not be suitable for those with sound sensitivities, epilepsy triggered by sound, If you’re pregnant or have a pacemaker. Any other health concerns, plus consult with your GP before attending.
