Join Blue Fern Wellness for a unique Floating Sound Bath, where the gentle support of water enhances the deeply calming effects of sound healing.

(There is also an option to attend the sound bath poolside where you will not be on the water)
✨ What to Expect ✨
Experience the soothing sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound therapy instruments while floating on double-sized airbeds for extra stability. The combination of sound and gentle water movement creates a deeply meditative state, helping to release tension, ease stress, and restore balance.
✨No prior experience is needed—just come and allow yourself to float, listen, and let go.
✨Blankets and eye masks will be provided for your session
✨Spaces are limited, so book now to secure your place!
✨Each participant receives a small free gift to help you continue with your relaxation once you are back home.

You will be required to sign a consent/disclaimer form on attendance of this event.
By participating in this floating sound bath session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
*There are no lockers at this facility, participants may leave their belongings in the changing rooms or on poolside at their own risk (we take no responsibility for loss/theft or damage to items)
• This experience is intended for relaxation and wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• If you have any health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before attending. It is advised that sound baths may be unsuitable for people fitted with pacemaker, suffer from sound induced epilepsy or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
• You may get wet during the session — please dress appropriately, avoid wearing valuables or bringing items that could be damaged by water, and it is advisable to bring a change of clothes.
• You participate at your own risk. The facilitator and venue accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the session.
• Please inform the facilitator of any medical conditions or accessibility needs in advance.
• By attending, you consent to follow all safety instructions and respect the quiet and contemplative nature of the session.

Frequently asked questions
Whatever you feel comfortable in! Swimwear is advisable but not necessary, unless you want to take a refreshing dip at the end of the session.
Pool side shoes eg flip flops (outside shoes are not permitted) A drink for after the session. Spare change of clothes.. just incase!
No, we have lifeguards on duty and staff in the water during the session for your safety and who will help you on and off your air bed.
Sound baths are generally safe and beneficial for most people, However, they may not be suitable for those with sound sensitivities, epilepsy triggered by sound, If you’re pregnant or have a pacemaker. Any other health concerns, plus consult with your GP before attending.
There is parking outside of the pool for some cars. Please note customers are asked not to park in spaces 1 and 6 or block these spaces as access is needed at all times. Additional car parking can be found on Severn Street and Kings Street Car Park.
