On arrival at Stanford Farm you’ll enjoy refreshments and a light breakfast. Jess will then guide you through the fundamentals of how to put together a stunning vase arrangement for your home or table using flowers and foliage inspired by the British countryside.

After a short interlude, Polly will present a masterclass on table styling using printed linens, glassware, ceramics and floral enhancements. You’ll learn how to create an elegant but functional table and one you’ll be able to recreate in your own home.

You’ll then sit down to lunch at the beautifully styled table, enjoying a lunch made by local private chef, Hannah Cooks serving dishes inspired by chefs like Ottolenghi and Anna Jones. Mouthwatering salads, tarts, vegetables and pudding – a modern bespoke menu, perfect for easy entertaining whilst remaining healthy and nutritious.

After lunch, Tracy will lead you through a gentle yoga flow and introduce you to some mindful and meditation exercises for quietening the mind. You’ll then head home with your floral arrangement, feeling fully restored and inspired by your day, ready to flourish.

What do I have to bring?

Just yourself. You might want to bring something comfortable to change into for the afternoon yoga session.

Can I book with friends?

Absolutely. Our days are for individuals or groups of friends. Lunch is communal, everyone eating together at the styled table. Separately, we do curate private retreat days for exclusive groups.

How many people will be there?

Our day retreats are designed for groups up to 12 people.

What if I have food allergies?

We cater to all allergies and intolerances. Please let us know when you book.

What's on the menu?

We serve seasonally available scrumptious and nourishing vegetarian dishes. If you’re worried about feeling hungry, don’t worry; it’s always a bountiful spread.

Will there be wine?

We want you to get the best out of your day so all of our day retreats are alcohol free. There are plenty of great pubs located near to our locations so if you did want to tag on a drink on the way home, we can point you in the right direction.

Will we always be engaged in an activity?

The floral styling, table styling and yoga are all group activities. In between these, time is fluid and you are free to wander, explore or congregate as you please. Refreshments will be available all day.

I haven’t done yoga before.

Our yoga flows are inclusive and suitable for all, a chance just to stretch your body and feel good with some gentle movement that can be incorporated into your day, anytime. You don’t have to have any prior experience of yoga.
