Beginners Exercise and those who've not exercised in ages and don't know where to start...
Have you just spent another summer covering up and feeling embarressed about your body?
The nights are drawing in now... and if you want things to change by, well ahem, that word beginning with 'C' that I won't mention just yet... then you need to take some action - NOW.
If you want a better body but the idea of running or strenuous exercise brings you out in hives, then this might just be your perfect solution!
I am setting up a twice per month Meetup for women who are desperate to get fit and healthy - To get your body back - and are struggling to do it alone.
This is for you if:
> You like fun, easy, fat burning exercise.
> You'd like to meet likeminded women in a non judgemental, non competitive environment.
> You have tried everything, but nothing has worked.
> You'd like to be part of a supportive group exercising together while also having fun - Yes really! FUN (read on to find out more about that)
> You have almost given up with the idea of having the body you want, because you don't think it's possible - But I know it is possible, - I know another way that you haven't tried yet...
Where & Details
We will meet up at The Jubilee Hall, Covent Garden, start off with some stretches then set off across Waterloo Bridge for a brisk walk / jog with some bootcamp style circuits and games thrown in.
Don't worry, you can work at your own level so it doesn't matter what fitness level you are currently at.
Afterwards we will grab some lovely, tasty healthy drinks / snacks and talk about all things nutrition, fitness and mindset (and anything else that comes up!)
This is for women of all fitness abilities and ages.
