“Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted.”
Performance matters, but so does the way we assess it. In our keenness to quantify, we can drown vison, purpose and motivation in a sea of KPIs.

In a working world that relentlessly pursues the maximisation of performance, what can Christian workplace leaders bring that reflects the nature of God’s kingdom? Our 2016 Alumni conference will tackle the challenges of performance culture with sessions from the Executive Toolbox team (Mark, Bev, Antony and Charles) together with a guest appearance from Paul Valler (former Finance and HR Director of Hewlett- Packard Ltd., and author of Get a Life and Using Measurement Well).
This year we are meeting back at St Katharine’s, and running a full programme from dinner on Friday evening through to tea time on Saturday. We have a limited number of residential places, so please book early if you would like to stay on-site.
