A soulful Saturday night of Vinyasa Yoga + Yoga Nidra at OMNOM, ending with a free smoothie. For the worn-out & wonderful — beginners always welcome.
Step out of the noise and into a sanctuary of movement, stillness, and soul. This evening retreat weaves together a gentle Vinyasa flow to soften the body, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra practice to soothe the mind and restore your whole being.
No need to be a gymnast or seasoned yogi, this is a safe, welcoming space for beginners and regular practitioners alike. Expect mindful movement, deep rest, and a moment to reconnect with yourself away from life’s endless to-do lists.

Just yourself, comfy clothes you can move and rest in, and maybe a pair of socks for the Nidra. Mats, blankets and props will be provided.

You don’t need to be bendy or strong to join. The flow is designed to soften and release, not to push or strain.
Yoga Nidra is guided rest — think of it as a dreamy meditation between wake and sleep. You’ll simply lie down, listen, and let yourself be guided into deep calm.
Tickets are only refundable 7 days BEFORE the event. No Refunds will be permitted 6 days or less before the event.
