Who might not be able to attend?

If you have an electronic device fitted for example a pace-maker or defibrillator. If you have written permission from you consultant and wish to attend, please bring your letter with you. All attendees are asked to complete a questionnaire when you arrive. For other queries, contact us directly.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring some water (other refreshments will be served.) A comfy blanket and or pillow and any other comfort items. If you have your own 'yoga' type mat you may bring that if you prefer.

We will have a comfort break in-between the two therapies so you can indulge in a cup of something nice and a slice of cake.

Please wear your favourite 'sloppy Joes'; tracksuit bottoms or loose fitting pants and a warm top.
