A free live session to open the Flow Journaling Quest – and a chance to experience the practice for yourself

Flow Journaling is a simple but powerful way to listen to yourself more deeply. It helps calm busy thoughts, softens self-criticism, and gently brings clarity to whatever you’re facing.

On Thursday 11 September, 7–8pm, join us for this special live session to welcome in the Flow Journaling Quest. Whether you’re curious about journaling, returning to it after a long break, or simply looking for time for yourself in your week, this hour is for you.

Together we’ll:

✅ Explore why Flow Journaling is such a useful practice – and how it works

✅ Address common blockers (and why you don’t need to be 'a writer' to benefit)

✅ Experience a soothing relaxation practice

✅ Try a simple Flow Journaling exercise together

✅ Share space for questions, reflections and conversation

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and ready to join the Flow Journaling Quest – a free 7-day journey of daily prompts and reflections to help you keep the practice going.

The Quest begins on 21 September, but you can sign up at any time before or after this event.

Kate Adams is the founder of the Inner Work Project. A publisher and writer, she's been fortunate to collaborate with many wonderful teachers, healers and creators along the way. Books she's published include A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle and Live Well Every Day by Dr Alex George.

The Inner Work Project is devoted to helping us ‘do the work’. A series of inner workbooks; self-study retreats that you can do at home. The mission is to share ways in which we can make the inner journey of discovery. To meet our kindest, wisest selves. To heal and grow. To stop holding ourselves back, so we feel alive and nourished and purposeful.
