In this experiential half day retreat, we’ll tap into mindset exercises & experiences that help you drop into flow. It will give you the tools to reveal and engineer yourself to be your very best every day — at work, at home, with colleagues, with family and friends and in society.

The decision to live a life with meaning and purpose, while also striving to be your best, requires training not only around your personal craft, but increasingly around your mind. The skills we teach and coach you up on are grounded in Richards 16 years experience as a coach in high performance Olympic sport. You’ll learn the key take home lessons regarding what separates Olympic medalists from the rest of the competition. Then apply those lessons into your life.


You’ll see how these skills also go deeper than peak performance; it touches the heart of how we live meaningful lives, and how we work together to achieve extraordinary things.

THE KEY LESSONS THAT MAKE OLYMPIC MEDALISTS

You’ll learn the key characteristics & practices that separates Olympic medalists from the rest of the competition. Then apply those lessons into your life. Fundamentally this means you'll have an understanding of managing your cognitive load - stress.


MINDSET TOOLS

Develop your mindset qualities. Switch from fixed (see problems) to growth (opportunities). Be curious with resistance. Bring awareness to the cultural, family & personal myths that keep you in limited mindset. You’ll also understand your patterns in the drama triangle (victim, rescuer, persecutor). These revelations put you in a place of empowerment.


PRACTICES

Practices to manage your biology. This improves your emotional baseline, meaning you’re more consistently in a calmer state - internal state.


FLOW TRIGGERS - The top 5 practrices to enable you to drop into flow more often.


MOVEMENT - We will focus on somatic based movement to allow you to open up physically & mentally.


BREATH - We will teach you & practice breath techniques to manage anxiety & stress - the same ones used by Olympic athletes to manage their own state before competing on the world stage. We will finish the retreat with an exploration of a deep breath practice to unlock stuck emotions, freeing you to open to new potentials.
