Flow Orchard Harvest Meal Cooking Session

Join us to help make seasonal vegetable soup and apple cake for the Flow Harvest Meal on 11 October. This is a communal soup preparation session rather than a cooking class but you will still learn lots about seasonal, local, organic veg and vegan cooking. You can enjoy the soup and cake at the Harvest Meal the following day, and we are also look for extra volunteers to help with serving soup and washing up.
