Flow with Mo

Flow with Mo is all about feel-good Pilates without the pressure. It’s friendly, low-key, and open to literally everyone - no matter your experience, flexibility, or fitness level.

Expect laid-back vibes, a bit of a burn, and a lot of love for your core, posture, and mind. Simple & effective movement that’ll leave you feeling stronger, taller, and like you’ve actually done something nice for your body.

Frequently asked questions

I'm new to pilates - can I join?

Of course! We're all about creating a community for all. The classes are for all levels - we want everyone to get involved and have fun.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Yes! Please bring a water bottle and mat with you

What should I wear?

General workout wear is great. You don't need to wear anything fancy and don't worry about pilates socks (unless you have them handy!)

Is there anything I need to do before the event?
