Flex and Flow in collaboration with Purpose Pilates NI presents.... Flow with Purpose! A wholesome event which will Elevate your energy, nourish your body and awaken your soul.

Starting the day with an energizing vinaysa flow before tucking into some delicious brunch while enjoying the breath taking views of benone beach. After, we will continue this wholesome morning with some breath work before a full body pilates workout. Finishing off with a thrilling sea dip before relaxing in the hotbox sauna.
