We will explore mindful embodied movement, breath-work and meditations for strength & softness in the body and mind. You may expect music, sounds and scents for a holistic experience. Lydia encouages a playful attitude, focusing on presence and practice, not perfection! Come to unwind and reset with the joy of community practice. 🌿

What should I bring?

There are high quality mats and props to use, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Where should I go?

Go through the front doors of the Fishing Museum and up a set of stairs (approximately 10 steps, to the right as you enter). Please try to arrive 5 minutes before the class begins.

Do I need experience?

No, you don’t need experience in yoga asana for this class. This isn’t pitched as ‘beginner’ as each pose will not be deconstructed, however all abilities are encouraged and welcomed.
