Flower Frequencies: Rose Tea, Eco Art and Sound Journey
Join us at Soul Studio for an afternoon of ritual, eco arts and sound bath inspired by wildflowers.
We'll start the session with a rose tea ritual, then move on to creating little journals with wildflower seed paper, so that what we create can be planted to support our pollinators!
To end, we will close with a special sound journey using Crystal Alchemy sound bowls, guitar, flute and vocals to create a soundscape that helps our inner wild flowers to flourish.
This event is free and funded by London National Park City Rangers Network!
If you would like to donate, we will have a donations QR code at the event raising money for a local community garden.
Spaces are limited so if you can no longer make the event, please let us know so we can pass your ticket on!
To bring:
- A pen / pencil
- A bag to take goodies home in!
- Cosy clothes
