Join for a seed bag making workshop!
Beginning with a short walk to gather plants to print with, in this workshop each participant will print (using a flower pounding technique) and sew their own seed bag - to be filled with UK native wildflower seeds for participants to take away and sow! The workshops are open to all ages with under16s to be accompanied by an adult.
The workshops will be held in the community garden up at Chapleton in Forres, to access by car you can park at Leanchoil and walk down Chapleton (opposite), or park at Sanqhuar Pond and walk to the garden through the woods if you prefer a walk!
What3words location: grower.marathons.appendix
For accessibility questions please contact me directly at cora.inckle.sharpe@gmail.com - there is a possibility of driving directly to the garden if this is needed for accessibility reasons.
The workshops have been funded by Grow Wild, Kew Garden's youth grant scheme for projects that champion UK native plants - come along and celebrate our beautiful plants by creating your own wildflower seed bag!
