Who is this class for?

Accepted Answer

Whether you’re new to somatic movement or have been practising for years, this class welcomes all levels and bodies, aged 18 years and above. Please let me know of any health issues, injuries, or medical conditions in advance so that I can adapt the class to suit your needs.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear something cosy that you can move in easily and that you feel comfortable in. I also recommend bringing along a blanket for the warm down part of the class.

What facilities are there onsite?

There are lockers and toilets onsite. There is a kitchen space to fill water and to make teas & coffees (a range of teas and coffees will be provided). The space is accessible by ramp.

Is there parking nearby?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is on-street parking on Maze Street and in the loading bay by the studio entrance.

Question 5

If I need to cancel, what is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class and no-shows will be considered late cancellations and will result in you being charged the full class fee.

Question 6

Can I turn up to a class without having booked a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Please book a ticket in advance to attend each class to make sure there is enough space for everyone. You can book a class until just before it starts.
