About this event
Fluid Form is a 60 minute breath-led movement session that blends linear and non-linear forms—weaving together the structure of yoga-inspired sequences with the freedom of intuitive, dance-like motion. It’s a session designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deeper connection to your own body’s language.
Drawing from yoga, somatic movement, and free-form dance, you’ll be guided through a series of transitions and explorations that invite softness, strength, curiosity, and expression. It’s not about performing—it’s about showing up, tuning in, and letting movement move you.
Some moments are slow and intentional. Others invite you to move with rhythm, fluidity, and freedom. The point isn’t to get it “right,” but to get real with what’s alive in your body.
What to Expect:
– A mix of yoga-inspired sequences and open, expressive movement
– Breath-led transitions and somatic cues to guide awareness
– An ebb and flow between grounded stillness and rhythmic exploration
– Elements of dance woven in to unlock expression and joy
– Space to integrate and return to centre
All bodies, all levels, all backgrounds welcome.
Whether you’re brand new to movement or experienced in dance, yoga, or somatics—this is a space to connect, release, and explore what movement means for you.
Every Tuesday at 0800

With a strong background in dance and movement, Charlie guides classes that weave with both linear and non-linear practices with a focus on Somatic principles. Expressive and intuitive motion that supports nervous system regulation, deep body awareness and appreciation. She also teaches Aerial Yoga and Float—a relaxing class combining Yoga Nidra and sound, cocooned in aerial hammocks.
As a neurodivergent teacher, I’m passionate about creating inclusive spaces that honour different ways of experiencing meditation and embodiment. I host events for neurodiverse communities to explore fun, creative, and accessible pathways into stillness—beyond the traditional spectrum.
