About this event

  • Event lasts 5 hours 30 minutes

Ensuring sustainability is not a new challenge of the arts sector in Northern Ireland and as pressures increase, the need to adapt and find alternative models of operation has never been needed more.

For the past 3 years, Arts & Business NI have been running the Blueprint Programme which focuses on investment in long-term growth and finding the route to greater financial security and artistic freedom. The programme has allowed for the exploration and thinking of new models, the practical application of financial concepts and the consideration of what it really takes to effect change.

Through a series of speakers, panels and workshops this event will provide the opportunity to ask where the challenges still lie and how we can continue to work as impactful organisations. We will be asking how we really demonstrate the health of an organisation, how we consider finance as a strategic force, how can organisations move forward with control and hearing from those challenging conventional models.
