Fly Girl Mondays

Join us for our new Monday night runs around the city. 

• Location: Various - details to be shared a week ahead of the run!
• Meetup: 7pm
• Wrap-up: no later than 8.30pm 
• Distance: 5km max 
• Level: Beginner to Intermediate
• Bag drop: Will be provided
• Cost: Donations welcome! 

Please note that Fly Girl Collective is a run community created to encourage more black and brown women to pursue a fitness lifestyle. `In 2020, Sport's England's 'Sports for all' report found that, due to deep-rooted inequalities, people from Black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) backgrounds are far less likely to be physically active. So our runs are for black and brown women only to remedy the gap.

What time do we meet?

We meet at Mercato Metropolitano from 7pm - but we hit the road 7:15 promptly. Ask for the Tea Room on arrival.
