About this event

Safeguarding is part of day to day practice within FNHC and leaning from the work we do is essential to improve practice and provide quality care. In order to evidence and capture the learning that is taking place, staff are asked to keep a record of this, which is recorded on a yearly basis. These hours should be monitored and reviewed at quarterly PDP’s

Mandatory Safeguarding training for each staff group is outlined in the staff training profiles and is described in detail in the intercollegiate guidelines available in central filing.
