Catherine Potts (Scottish Enterprise) covers key areas of Intellectual Property (IP) and discusses how it can impact various aspects of your film or TV company.

In the current economy and with the rapid growth of internet use, intellectual property (IP) rights have never been more valuable. From literary characters to stock footage to musical recordings, some form of copyright license will be used in almost every stage of a production's legal housekeeping.
