With a new season on the horizon, this August session is perfectly timed to focus on Wellbeing. We will explore why psychological safety and wellbeing aren't just 'nice-to-haves', but are the fundamental outcomes of a truly inclusive culture.
As always, the power of this session comes from the group. Through peer-to-peer discussion, we’ll share challenges and best practices to develop practical, low-budget strategies for creating healthier and more supportive workplaces. To ensure you can lead this work effectively, I’ll also share quick wins to help you protect your own wellbeing and build resilience along the way.
