Focusing is mindfulness - and more.
We will explore ways of being with ourselves, our experiences and emotions; improving our sense of wellbeing and physical and mental health. These are natural skills that we can rediscover and reconnect with.
Non-judgemental, safe and gentle, they support us in finding insights into issues in our lives and reconnecting with the flow of life within us. As we turn to our present moment experience together, we learn ways to help guide us in creativity, decision-making and emotional wisdom.
This can be a stand-alone introduction to Focusing, and also forms the beginning of the Focusing Skills course, accredited the the British Focusing Association.
Day 1 will be on Saturday 4th February 2017 at Canterbury Christchurch University, and day 2 on 18th February at Manor Barn, Canterbury. You do not need to attend both days, but to come to day 2 you need at least 5 hours Focusing experience - please contact me to discuss.
