About this event

Family & Education • Parenting

Welcome to our session on Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.

Supporting a child or young person with FASD is a journey marked by challenges and growth, each individual and family’s experience with FASD is unique.

This session will not be recorded.

In this session, we will cover:

  • What FASD is, how it presents and the many co-occuring conditions.
  • Hear from the people that know FASD more than anyone, those with lived experience of FASD
  • Get help to ensure that your child and young people have the appropriate support.

Places are free, but if you're able to make a small donation to help us continue offering free sessions to as many families as possible, we’d be incredibly grateful.

*Please note, to attend this session you must live in Bristol (your bin will be collected by Bristol City Council), or your child must attend a school in the Bristol city area. You must also have a child with Special Educational Needs, but they do not need to have a diagnosis.
