Folded Framework Knitting Cottages - Children's Workshop

Come and get creative at this fun, hands-on workshop for children and families.

Led by artist Jenny Stevenson and inspired by Ruddington’s historic framework knitting cottages, you’ll make your very own folded paper cottage. Using just one sheet of paper, you can decorate the outside with big windows and brick patterns, then flip it over to design the inside with knitting frames and colourful threads spilling out.

This is a drop-in session — pop in any time between 1.30pm and 4.00pm to make your cottage.

Suitable for ages 5+, accompanied by an adult.

Event takes place in the Knitters Gallery.

All materials will be provided and you’ll take home your finished cottage at the end.
