Folklore for Families
Overview
Gather round the fireside in Hamptonne House, a cup of hot chocolate in hand, and listen to tales of old. Ghostly brides, snarling dogs and fearsome dragons were said to have once roamed the winding lanes of our beautiful Island.
Jersey is steeped in mystical folklore and ancient superstition. Are they just tales from a bygone, innocent age, or do they still explain the inexplicable?
All are welcome but due to the nature of the stories, we recommend this event for children aged 10 years old and over.
