This ONLINE course will expand from the foundation course, taking a very practical and personalised approach to your setting’s needs. To attend you must have attended one of Alison Bryan's training courses as the theory of Colourful Semantics will not be covered on this course and prior knowledge will be assumed. *

The course will cover how to start implementing colourful semantics at 

• 1:1 level
• Small group level
• Classroom level
• Between setting and home 

There will be opportunties throughout the event to encourage open discussions with other participants and our course leader, sharing practical ideas as to how you can include colourful semantics across the setting’s day alongside mapping out some practical resources which you can take away and implement following the course.  

You have the theory, now gain support to put the theory into practice.  

Who can attend

*The course is open to SENCos / Teachers / Teaching Assistants / Speech and Language Therapists / Other professionals who have been previously trained in the principles of Colourful Semantics and have experience of using the approach. Please look at our other training dates in January and February if you wish to attend the Foundation course with Alison, there will be further follow up courses that you can attend in the future once you have received the basic training.

Booking Conditions

1. We are very happy to be able to offer this training course at £99 + fee per person. Due to the anticipated high demand of this training event, we ask that you please inform us if you are unable to attend so that we may offer your place to a delegate on the waiting list.

2. In booking a space all delegates agree to provide a minimum of 30 days notice of cancellation and acknowledge they will not be refunded their booking fee should notice not be received, a replacement delegate / colleague can be sent on the day should you not be able to attend.

3. Your place will only be confirmed once ITS receives payment, we strongly urge you to pay by card during the booking process, if you elect to pay by invoice your space will be held until the due date of the invoice (7 days from sending - if payment is not made within the 7days your space may be released for sale. - we urge delegates to pay directly by card to be sure of instant confirmation - copy invoices / receipts can be downloaded from your own eventbrite account

4. Joining instructions, including Zoom details, will be emailed to you one or two weeks before the course commences.
