The details, includingthose of the Rufford estate, had been hidden in a previously uncatalogued collection of documents. New information is now revealed about the land, villages and people - including artist Augustus Willliam Lumley Savile. There will be a chance to see original documents dating back to the 18th century.
The event is part of the Celebrating Heritage Together programme at Nottinghamshire Archives.
