A short course providing information on the new Food Information Regulations 2014 which came into force on the 14th December 2014. It will include guidance to help businesses understand what an allergen is, who the regulations apply to and how businesses can easily comply with the regulations.
Businesses will be given practical guidance on how to implement the regulations and have the opportunity to ask questions to the Environmental Health Officers who will be be enforcing them.
