If you’ve landed here, then I know that you’re someone who values their health. But maybe, just maybe, despite all that you’re doing, you still feel irritable or techy, or you don’t sleep well or you’re tired all the time, or you worry that you’re getting forgetful. Maybe you get regular headaches or feel overly emotional for no apparent reason. I get it.

This gentle introduction to food and mood may seem simple, but that’s because it’s designed to be. I appreciate that we’re all busy and so need things in bite sized chunks that are easy to apply. So this is what we’ll be delving in to:

  • Practical tips to help you take greater control of your mood
  • A kind, loving and supportive dietary plan to help you be consistent in your actions, especially if you’re struggling to stay motivated
