Event description

Description

A major issue for small and medium-sized organisations is making decisions in isolation; a product name, unique, a price structure, perfect; points of differentiation, well considered. But do these work together? Are they what your target audience wants, and are you opening yourself up for numerous revisions or even legal action?

This bootcamp will help you to move forward with confidence knowing that the decisions you make are taken with the whole picture in mind, are based on data and customer insights, and aren't going to lead to costly changes.

This course will teach you:

• The fundamentals behind a building a business plan that sets your business apart;

• How to build a brand that communicates your ideas and appeals to your target audience;

• How to conduct essential research that’ll help you define your place in the market, identify your target audience, and help you whilst building your business plan and brand.

Not only will you leave up-skilled and prepared for growth, but you will become a member of our alumni group and part of a strong, diverse peer-support network.

Too far along for these skills? Check out our Pitching, Funding & Investment Innovation Bootcamp, where you'll have the chance to pitch to a panel of investors at the end of the event.
