Ashley Cavers, programme manager - eScalate, and co-founder - The Wonky Food Company

As well as being on the team delivering support through the eScalate programme, Ashley is also one of the co-founders of The Wonky Food Company, which makes products using imperfect and surplus fruit and veg.

Paul Humpherson, co-founder - Tap Social Movement

As well as co-founder of the Tap Social Movement, Paul is a practicing criminal barrister and visiting fellow in law and criminology at the University of Oxford.

Started in 2016, Tap is an award-winning craft brewery, events and hospitality business, which grew out of a passion for great beer and social justice. It provides training and employment to people serving and recently released from prison sentences to assist in effective rehabilitation and seeks to champion the cause of inclusive employment in the hospitality industry.

Fiona Steel, manager - Good Food Oxford

Fiona was recently appointed as manager of Good Food Oxford, a membership network of individuals and organisations committed to promoting a healthy, fair, ethical and environmentally sustainable food system in Oxfordshire.
