Food for Thought: Food waste reduction through evidence-based insights

New evidence shows that food waste is not only a huge contributor to climate change, but also has the most significant impact on biodiversity and land use of anything we throw away from our homes. That's why Zero Waste Scotland is supporting the Scottish Government to develop a new household intervention plan for food waste reduction.

To aid this, Zero Waste Scotland has developed a series of new research reports, looking in detail at food waste in Scotland, the psychology and beliefs that underpin it, and how meal planning and other interventions could be the key to tackling it.

This webinar will talk through the highlights of these reports, and how we can use them to tackle this important challenge.
