Had enough of dieting and spending time obsessing over your food choices?

Are you ready to approach your eating and your relationship with yourself differently in 2018?


This series of 8 Bristol-based, WOMEN ONLY, group workshops, will help you let go of diet thinking and teach you to address your challenges with food from a more self-compassionate standpoint.


In fact, it will turn everything on its head!


This is for you if you are ready to be gently challenged and want to:

  • Find 'food freedom' and learn to address what drives your eating behaviour
  • Let go of diet thinking: stop dieting/ yo-yo dieting, or thinking you 'should' be dieting
  • Let go of guilt around 'forbidden foods'
  • Learn to Eat Mindfully
  • Become more accepting of your body

This course is for women only and is held in Bristol, on Thursday Evenings for 8 consecutive weeks.

This course involves:

  • 8 X 2 hour Group workshops
  • The chance to connect with like minded women
  • 8 bespoke, tailored workshops to meet your groups needs
  • Work on addressing food related issues, Body Image and self esteem such as (but not limited to)


  • The scientific basis for why dieting doesn't work as a long term strategy for weight loss,
  • An understanding of why we use food in the way we do, and how we can normalise our relationship with food,
  • A mindset change around how we think of food and our bodies,
  • Development of critical awareness and media literacy so that we become more robust in interpreting and challenging society's harmful messages, and
  • Tools and strategies to help you feel good about your body NOW!
