Have you had enough of dieting and spending time obsessing over your food choices?

Or maybe you are sick of feeling guilty, depending on what you've eaten.

Learning to Eat Mindfully TOTALLY changed my relationship with food and myself. Once I understood what was driving my disordered eating behaviour, I was able to start making changes from a place of self compassion.

It's not about following a diet, because they simply don't work long term (most people put on more weight than when they started) it's about understanding the WHY- what is driving you to eat in the way you do. Then you can learn tools and strategies to deal with this and it is SO liberating!!


This series of 8 Bristol-based, WOMEN ONLY, workshops, will help you let go of diet thinking and teach you to address your challenges with food and body image from a place of self-compassion.

In fact, they will turn everything on its head!

This is for you if you are ready to be gently challenged and want to:

  • Find 'food freedom' and learn to address what drives your eating behaviour

  • Let go of diet thinking: stop dieting/ yo-yo dieting, or thinking you 'should' be dieting

  • Let go of guilt around 'forbidden foods'

FAQs

Will this help me lose weight?

This is not a weight loss programme, for an important reason!

I believe that trying to lose weight is what causes food issues in the first place! With this approach, we take the focus OFF weight loss and onto working out what is behind our behaviour. So, we learn to eat mindfully, we learn what hunger feels like and how to choose foods that nourish us as well as choosing food that we like to eat! It's not about weight loss. It may be that weight loss could be a side effect of an improved realtionship with food, but it isn't the AIM.

Do I need to attend all the workshops?

This is a series of 8 workshops and they are consecutive, ie they build on each other. If you can't attend for a week, I can send you the relevant worksheets and a written summary of the session but it can't be refunded or 'made up' (unless I decide to run concurrent workshops, in which case you can make up the session with the other group!)

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, of course! You can make 2 part payments, or even 3 part payments as long as you are paid in full by the last 4 weeks. Contact me for details.

What's the refund policy?

I am SO confident that this is an amazing approach to disordered eating, if this approach is not for you after committing to at least 2 sessions, I will refund the rest of the course fees.
