This course incurs a fee per person of £40 to be paid on the day (cash or cheque made payable to Pam Hardy)
Delegates will gain essential understanding of food safety, in areas such as temperature control and the handling and storage of different food types. They will be confident in fulfilling their responsibility to provide consumers with safe, high quality food.
