CIEH Level 3 Supervising Food Safety in Catering open classroom based courses in London
We run classroom based course at our venue on the following dates.
3rd, 4th and 5th April
Cost: £200pp usually £350pp
Cost includes exam fee.
No VAT to add.
Assessment: Multiple choice examination 60 multiple choice questions (pass mark 40/60 correct)
Ofqual Regulated: Yes
Ofqual qualification reference: Catering - 500/5475/2
Candidates who achieve 40–50 correct answers will pass the examination and receive a pass certificate. Those who achieve 51 or more correct answers will receive a merit certificate.
Who needs this training?
This food safety course has been developed to benefit anyone working in a supervisory position where food is prepared, cooked and served. It is relevant to all catering operations – for example, pubs, hotels, restaurants, travel, markets, pop-ups, contract catering, fastfood outlets, hospitals, care and nursing homes and schools. It is particularly relevant for those who have to develop or monitor HACCP based food safety management procedures and systems including Safer Food Better Business.
Anyone who's role it is to supervise staff or provide food safety instruction or supervision should be trained to level 3 in food safety.
