Description

This course incurs a fee per person of £45 to be paid on the day (cash or cheque made payable to Pam Hardy)

This course is for anyone who requires essential understanding of food safety. It covers temperature control and the handling and storage of different food types. On completion of this course participants will be confident in fulfilling their responsibility to provide consumers with safe, high quality food.
