About this event
Food Technologists are a crucial part of the field to fork journey, ensuring that produce is safe to eat by the consumer, which could be human or animal, and is of consistent quality. There are millions of food products produced and sold each and every day, representing a huge and dynamic industry not just in the UK but around the world.
The Food Technologist Level 3 Apprenticeship covers a broad range of topics, developing food science knowledge to ensure the smooth transition of food and drink products from farm to fork, driving the manufacturing process ensuring that technical and quality standards are achieved whilst maximising profitability to meet customer requirements. Through our training and coaching from our expert delivery team, we deliver the key skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to drive exceptional performance with confidence.
