How do I log on to view the webinar?

You will receive the Google Meet login information upon booking. Click on the Google Meet link. If you get to a page that says “Ready to join”, you are in the right place. Further joining information is available in the meeting link.

Do I have to have my camera on?

No, you can choose whether you would like your camera on or not.

Question 5

Do I have to speak?

Accepted Answer

No. If you have any questions, please put them in the Chat box and I will get through as many as I can after the presentation.

Will everyone see my name?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is a requirement to have your full name displayed. This name needs to match with the booking name to allow entry and to avoid unknown guests entering the call.

What if I do not have a device or internet connection?

If you have a telephone or mobile phone, you can dial in to the webinar to join by audio only. If not, there will be face-to-face workshops taking place in the future, which you might be able to attend.

What happens if I am ill on the day and can no longer attend?

If you can no longer attend the webinar, please email info@sairanutrition.co.uk BEFORE the session. Your ticket can be transferred for another webinar. Anyone who emails after the webinar has started will not be entitled to transfer their ticket for another webinar. Refunds are not valid.

What happens if I am late?

If you join after 8.00pm, you will not be guaranteed entry. Your ticket will not be refundable or transferable.

How much does it cost?

£15 – this includes a summary of the session, which will be emailed to you within 48 hours of attending. Please do not share the session summary with anyone who had not purchased a ticket.
