We deliver engaging, informative and interactive workshops to inspire individuals to make simple but powerful changes to their diet and lifestyle, aimed at improving their health, energy and performance at work and home. Our workshops can be delivered on individual topics or as part of a series.
This workshop focuses on foods, which can support a positive outlook. The aim is to balance mood, increase motivation and reduce stress.
For over two decades, Clajah has dedicated herself to improving people’s lives as a Health and Wellness Expert and Lifestyle Coach.
She has been the keynote motivational speaker at numerous events across the United States, including the Venice Beach festival in California. She has worked one-on-one with CEO’s, well-known celebrities, children, whole families, & individuals all with a various range of health objectives.
Now she has brought to London all the new methods of health and wellness that she has learned and taught in the United States.
Whether you are looking to reboot your body, beat disease, or to simply get in shape, ensuring the correct internal biological environment is not only the best way of doing this, but nature’s way too.
The evidence is incontrovertible. There are thousands of people around the world who can bear testimony to this methodology, having either transformed their lives, or healed themselves of a health condition. For example, it is now common knowledge amongst traditional doctors that the majority of type 2 diabetes patients can be treated with an appropriate diet and exercise as opposed to medication. Whilst traditional medicine does of course save lives and reduce the severity of symptoms, the medical profession is now being forced to recognise the power of alternative approaches to health, as the evidence is such that it can no longer be ignored. Some alternative approaches are of course questionable, but this is because they lack the credibility that only successful results are able to deliver.
Our approach is not only to create an environment that optimises your health, but also one in which disease cannot thrive. Removing the need for medication is expedient wherever possible as medication can be harmful to your health in the long term.
Obesity, anxiety, hay fever, depression, IBS, asthma, chronic fatigue or more complex auto-immune disorders such as Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, stress, depression and diabetes as well as other common diseases including systemic candida, and some cancers, have all been successfully dealt with in such large numbers that to ignore this practice would be folly. The human body under the right guidance has the power to heal itself.
