Join us to explore how initiatives across London are supporting communities to be more resilient and how to get involved to support the capital to be more prepared for future emergencies and food supply disruptions.

Sustain, Greenwich Cooperative Development Agency (GCDA) and London Resilience (part of the Greater London Authority) are launching a community food asset & infrastructure mapping project, aiming to support London Boroughs and communities to coordinate food responses in times of crisis or disruption, a key step in strengthening the city’s resilience and preparedness.

Who should attend: 
Community food organisations, enterprises, local authorities, resilience planners, voluntary sector partners, and anyone interested in food security and community resilience in London. 

The webinar will feature:

  • Launch of the community asset mapping registration portal
  • Innovative food initiatives across London with experience coordinating food responses during the COVID pandemic and other emergencies
  • Guidance and support available to London's communities to be better prepared and resilient in the event of emergencies
