Food Safety Culture - Webinar

The aim of this introductory webinar is to provide an understanding of what food safety culture means, and the importance of having a positive food safety culture within a business. The webinar will look at ways to measure a business’s existing food safety culture and how businesses can better engage with their employees. The webinar will also cover some practical examples on how businesses can effectively drive a positive food safety culture across their organisation.

This webinar is ideal for anyone responsible for food safety within a small to medium sized business. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask one of our technologists questions and will learn more about the technical support available from ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre.

The event will last approximately 1 hour (30 minute presentation and 30 minute Q&A session) and will take place via Zoom. You will receive an email with details of how to join prior to the event.

Nod y weminar rhagarweiniol hwn rhoi dealltwriaeth o ystyr y diwylliant diogelwch bwyd, a phwysigrwydd meithrin diwylliant diogelwch bwyd cadarn o fewn busnes. Bydd y weminar yn edrych ar ffyrdd o fesur diwylliant bwyd cyfredol busnes a sut gall busnesau ymgysylltu’n well gyda’u gweithlu. Bydd y weminar hefyd yn trafod rhai enghreifftiau ymarferol o sut y gall busnesau hyrwyddo diwylliant diogelwch bwyd cadarn ar draws eu mudiadau.

Dyma weminar ddelfrydol ar gyfer unrhyw un sy’n gyfrifol am ddiogelwch bwyd mewn busnes bach neu ganolig ei maint. Bydd cyfle i ofyn cwestiynau i un o’n technolegwyr ac i ddysgu mwy am y cymorth technegol sydd ar gael i chi gan y Ganolfan Diwydiant Bwyd ZERO2FIVE.

Bydd y digwyddiad yn para oddeutu 1 awr (cyflwyniad 30 munud a sesiwn Holi ac Ateb 30 munud) a bydd yn cael ei gynnal trwy Zoom. Byddwch yn derbyn e-bost gyda manylion ar sut i ymuno cyn y digwyddiad.
