Food Safety in Catering Level 2
This Level 2 Award is designed to give food handlers an appreciation of good hygiene practices. Assessment is through a multiple choice exam at the end of the course. The course is suitable for all food handlers, including those new to the industry. The syllabus includes:
Prevention of contamination and food poisoning
Premises, equipment and pest control
Cleaning and disinfection
Assessment - multiple-choice exam.
