This Qualsafe Level 2 Award in Food Safety is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification designed for those preparing or serving food. It is also ideal for those who come into contact with food handling areas due to the nature of their work for example when preparing food for a community event or activity or while child-minding.

During the 1-day accredited course you’ll build an understanding on the importance and basic principles of safe food handling practices and keeping foods safe.

Towards the end of the day you’ll be asked to complete a 1-hour multiple choice question paper. If completed successfully then you’ll be presented with a certificate to confirm your knowledge. Lunch and refreshments provided.
