Description

This exciting event is brought to you by E-Factor Business to celebrate the growing food sector in the region and the launch of our new ERDF funded GAIN Enterprise Growth project. E-Factor has employed sector specific Business Advisors and consultants to work face to face with local food businesses to help them develop, grow and become more profitable. So, if you are a local food manufacturer, production facility, shop, restaurant, cafe or street vendor this is a must attend evening.

No event focused on this sector would be complete without food, so we will be serving a selection of delicious treats, to complement our 3 excellent speakers;

Along with a selection of delicious treats, we have 3 excellent speakers;

Claire Brumby, The Food Guide Academy

A truly determined local entrepreneur who has experienced the highs and lows of developing an award winning national brand in Scrubbys crisps, Claire is now sharing her story and helping hundreds of other business owners grow their own businesses with the help of a well-developed route map that lays down the foundations for a sustainable and profitable enterprise.

James Deane & Dr Michael Stephenson, Production Support 56

Production Support 56 help organisations improve their processes and create new capabilities. Perhaps you are trying to reduce your operational cost, speed-up the delivery of a product or service, reduce the number of mistakes and defects, free yourself from low-value activities or help to justify a capital spend. Using Lean, 6-Sigma and Computer Simulation, we can provide valuable understanding into your process. These insights are used to implement improvements to meet your operational goals.
