Food Security Workshop 4: Vulnerability assessment and horizon scanning

The workshop covers the following:

· Types of food fraud

· Vulnerability assessment methodology

· Vulnerability mitigation methods

· Role of the NFCU (National Food Crime Unit)

· Horizon Scanning – How to do it and what resources area available

· Ongoing review and maintenance of your plan

· Training requirements for staff

Please note pre-enrolment information will be required prior to the event and you will receive a request for information before the workshop date.

Module 4 forms part of the food security workshop series (1- 6). These fully funded, interactive workshops will be held at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre in Cardiff.
